  • Account Responsibilities

  • Data Privacy & User Information

MyQRGuide does not store or use customer data unless explicitly requested by the site owner and approved by the customer. Site owners who collect or manage personal information are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.

  • Affiliate Links and Monetization

Mini-site owners may include affiliate links (e.g., Amazon or eBay) in their content. When a user clicks these links and makes a purchase, the site owner may earn a commission. MyQRGuide is not involved in any such affiliate programs and bears no responsibility for external content or purchases. Site owners are responsible for including proper affiliate disclosures as per FTC guidelines.

  • Payments and Transactions

All payment transactions initiated through mini-sites are processed directly by the site owner's configured third-party services such as Stripe or PayPal. MyQRGuide does not intervene in, store, or process payment information.
