Support Ticket Overview
There are different ways for you to receive support from our customer service at MYQRGUIDE.
1. You can communicate with us via an online chat, by clicking at the 'Live chat with team' button on your dashboard.
2. Send us an email to info@myqrguide.com
3. Open a support ticket by clicking on the 'Contact Support' butoon on your dashboard or by entering the ‘Support ticket’ module on the left side menu.
From here you can open support ticket to our customer service & support team, view your tickets history and status.
When a you receive a new message from our team, you will see a notification on the top menu of your dashboard
In the table below you can see when the ticket was opened, when was the last update on the ticket, ending date (after the ticket is closed), the ticket’s subject, and status.
There are 3 types of statuses:
Open – When you open a ticket, and when you are waiting for an answer from our team
Pending – When one of our representative has replied and waiting for your answer or for you to provide more details about your request.
Closed – When service it complete.
*Please note: ticket can be closed by our team, by you or automatically after 5 days in case that there was no communication from your end or ours.
If less than 5 days have past since the ticket was closed, you have the option to reopen it. Simply click on the ‘Actions’ button and choose ‘Open Ticket’.
How to open a ticket?
1. Go to ‘Support ticket’ on the left side menu
2. Click on ‘Create a new ticket’ button on the bottom of the table
3. Type the relevant subject of your request, further explanation, upload a relevant doxument if needed, and press ‘Confirm’. Please note you can upload PDF,DOC. PNJ, and JPG files up to 8mb.
